Warranty tiers are Stout's own store-backed replacement warranty — 90, 60, or 30 days by category, disclosed on every part. Liquidation stock means a manufacturer's warranty can't be assumed — ours can. Read the policy.

07Straight warranty talk

We back the parts ourselves.

Every part we sell is new, but much of it came from bulk liquidation buys — so we usually can't confirm the original manufacturer's warranty. Instead of guessing, we back it ourselves: if a part is defective or dead on arrival inside the window on its tag, we replace it. No manufacturer runaround.

Items marked “Sold As-Is” carry no warranty and are always labeled before you buy — never silently. Manufacturer warranty cards found in original packaging are passed along unaltered, but Stout doesn't promise the manufacturer will honor them. Read the full Warranty Policy →
